This play consists of two episodes involving a man and two women. These three people were assembled just because their mother tongue was Japanese. Perhaps, they are prohibited from telling their past.
In 2001, “While You Want to Return” (written by Miyuki Tanase) was awarded the 7th Grand Prize for New Playwright by Japan Playwrights Association.
The company depicts reality in the time “where people lost the sense of reality” in a variety of styles. The director was granted the fellowship under the Japanese Government Overseas Study Program for Artists at Volksbuhne in Germany for one year to August 2006.
