The International Visitors' Program is a program where professionals in the performing arts field get together in Tokyo to establish a network and realize future international co-productions through open discussions and exchanges. TIF 2006 will also invite festival directors from all over the world, aiming at creating and redistributing works based in Asia including Tokyo. |

Whether it be a play, dance, opera, or musical, the creative process and criticism should be mutually productive and stimulating. The reality, however, is often not so rosy. Members of the International Association of Theatre Critics from Europe, North America, and Asia get together in Tokyo to share their perspectives on the current status of criticism in their countries and envision the ideal relationship between theatre and criticism.

In association with the International Association of Theatre Critics (IATC), famous critics and artistic directors get together and give presentations about the situation of their countries.
