The current aims of Arts Network Japan, created in 2000, are to revitalize and promote art culture, refine a process for discovering new talent for the future, and promote International cultural exchange. In the future an Art Service Organization would aim to tackle the current questions surrounding art culture. Over a twelve month period not only does TIF present the International Festival but also sponsors a Youth Program which provides young people with real working spaces to practice and perfect their art. Redevelopment Project also recycles out of use schools into functioning rehearsal spaces and areas which the public can use for various artistic purposes.
